Please provide general feedback: Would have left a higher rating but it doesn't have an excellent option!!Had to bath my rather large dog after an unfortunate ketchup incident. Fabulous place. Excellent facilities and incredibly friendly staff. My dog is now clean and smells wonderful. Would recommend!

Please provide general feedback: This is by far the best place to shop for pet supplies. A fantastic selection and the owner Elise is so friendly and very knowledgeable. I really recommend a visit to this store.

Please provide general feedback: As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted with a smile and spoken too. We had been having difficulty with our husky and her food so was, therefore, looking at other brands. The staff member asked us if we required any help and listened to our concerns. She then went and found some samples of the food we were looking at so we did not have to waste money on buying a large bag of food for her not to eat it. Very happy with the service and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Please provide general feedback: Absolutely brilliant service. It was my first order (online) and I had ordered items that were hard to get hold of. Elise went out of her way to try to obtain the items and kept me fully informed by phone. Wish I lived near enough to use the shop in person but I'll definitely be ordering again online.

Please provide general feedback: I purchase our dogs biscuits on a monthly basis. We originally lived in peterborough and moved to Tallington. Because of Posh Petz friendliness and proffesionalism I travel the distance. On my last visit I was told about their wash room and would I be interested in giving my two staffs Gooner and Bentley a wash. I was apprehensive thinking would I cope washing my two boys on my own but it was a breeze. Everythings explained to you in great detail. It helps to have everything to hand. The option to close the door also puts your mind at rest knowing the dog (s) can roam within the room and not become stressed out. They have different fragrances, towels/ hairdryer and a water proof apron. Innitiation price per dog was £5.00. Now at £10.00 is still a bargain. Definately recommendable.

Please provide general feedback: Never having had a dog before the team at Posh Petz have been amazingly helpful and patient with me as it's a huge learning curve and a minefield! Their personal touch has been much needed for me and very much appreciated!

Please provide general feedback: I have bought items from the store but this is the first time I have ordered on line for a collection and whoa what a service. All of my items weren't in stock so the team delivered, the next day what they had. Then, next day when my hubby forgot to collect the balance they again delivered to my door. Service like this has long died out in many businesses but here the team go above and beyond. Can't recommend highly enough.

Please provide general feedback: they are very friendly and have great service and also different treats and food than found in your everyday store my dogs love the treats from here and I had a poorly dog and he would only eat food I brought from here.

Please provide general feedback: Elise has offered some brilliant advice and recommended some fantastic products to try and help my dog who suffers with allergies. Talking to elise has reassured me im not the only one with a pet who suffers and there are lots of options to try. Forever living products are natural and soothing products great for both pets and humans. Shop is fantastic with a whole range of options. Definitely worth a visit.
